• Ability to manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to presenting qualified candidates to clients.

• To build and nurture relationships with clients and understand their staffing needs while providing tailored solutions.

• Engage with candidates, providing guidance, coaching, and support throughout the hiring process.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively.

• Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights, best practices, and enhance overall team performance.

Requirements

• Diploma and above.

• No prior experience required.

• Ability to converse in English.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Incumbents who are CEI certified would be advantageous.
