| 내용 | BUNKER FUEL OIL Trading Support www.gnbmarineservice.com Location: Singapore (일주일 3일 재택근무 / 2일 출근) G&B Marine Service is seeking a BUNKER FUEL OIL Trading Support to be based in Singapore. The candidate will have recent experience in a commodity product trading support including oil, and shipping industry. 회계사무실 근무 경력자 / 은행 근무 경력자/ Oil & Shipping 근무 경력자 우대 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate with customers and their agents regarding port / scheduling issues prior to ETA of the vessel Contacting fuels suppliers for BDN and invoices following delivery of fuel Validating supplier invoice details Validating other trade vendor invoice details Ensuring trade details in the system are accurate, then actualizing deal Reviewing system-generated customer invoices Sending invoices to customers Contacting customers for unpaid invoices Following up with Finance / Treasury to ensure trade AP payments made, and customer receipts allocated Ensure transaction documentation is properly filed in electronic / hard files KEY COMPETENCIES/ SKILL SETS Strong quantitative skills Resourceful, goal oriented with an ability to multi-task, with sharp attention to detail Good interpersonal skills and ease working in multi-cultural environments Excellent English and Chinese language communications skills (oral and written) EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Undergraduate degree in discipline complimentary with the demands of a global trading business Work experience within the bunkering and shipping industry A developing network of complimentary business relationships in Asia Knowledge of the oil market and marine fuel logistics, and knowledge of the maritime shipping industry MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point Basic Language: English and Korean COMPENSATION Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience 여러분의 많은 관심 바라며, 지원 희망자 분들께서는 joonkim@gnbms.com 로 이력서 보내주시기 바랍니다. 감사합니다! |
