Policy management in compliance with Singapore labour regulations and MOM guidelines

Management of payroll, attendance, and leave systems

Support for performance reviews, employee engagement, and training programs

Handling of work pass applications and renewals (WP/EP)

HR data reporting and process improvement initiatives

Lead HR projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams

For Manager: Minimum 5 years of HR experience
Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR operations
Proficient in English communication
Able to work proactively in a fast-paced environment
