Job Description & Requirements

OVERVIEW & IMPACT:

Samsung Electronics Device Solutions is a global leader in Semiconductor Industry. Regional Headquarters in South East Asia - Samsung (Device Solutions) team in Singapore is seeking a talented & committed and versatile Human Resources professional to join the South East Asia (SEA) Human Resources team as part of the International Talent Acquisition Team.

This role primarily focused on providing the day-to-day Talent Acquisition services and deliverables to the Talent Acquisition Director / Internal Recruitment Office based in Singapore.

Job Description  :

·         Managing of Recruitment platforms, channels and development of Talent network.

·         Talent Pool and Market sensing in Singapore and South-East Asia region to buildup candidate pipeline

·         Marketing Sensing and benchmark within the Electronics and Semiconductors Industry 

·         Identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and professional events. 

·         Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screens, and potentially in-person interviews coordination with overseas stakeholders 

·         Managing the interview process, scheduling, and coordinating with hiring managers (both locally and overseas).

·         Creating and posting job advertisements.

·         Building and maintaining a candidate database.

·         Providing guidance and support to both candidates and hiring managers.

·         Support and Participating in career fairs and other recruitment events. 

·         Campus relations and activities Management

 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:

Requirements:

  • A degree in Electrical and Electronics or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience working in Singapore.
  • Good Communication skills and networking capabilities
  • Ability to work independently with high level of commitment and resilience and versatility
  • Resourceful, organized with pro-active and self-starter mindset.
  • Ability to converse in Korean will be an added advantage as this role requires close collaboration with different stakeholders based in Korea 
*CVs must be in either full English or a dual language
