CJ SE Asia Pte Ltd is responsible for Food and Food services, Business Development in Singapore. we import and wholesale Korean Pre-packed food in Singapore, and It also has 'Bibigo Kitchen' (Delivery only Korean Restaurant). [Job Description] You will be responsible for a wide range of executive support tasks, including - Managing calendars and scheduling appointments - Preparing documents and correspondence - Coordinating meetings and handling follow-ups - Managing confidential information with discretion - Providing high-level secretarial and administrative support [Qualifications] - Diploma/Degree with relevant work experience preferred. *Preferably in C-level / executive support, secretarial roles, aviation and hospitality industry, office administration, client services, etc - Proactive and reliable with a positive attitude - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently - Willingness to work overtime when necessary - Fluent in Korean to liaise with Korean speaking associates.
