Job Summary:

We are seeking an Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operations in our oil trading business.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate the execution of physical oil contracts (petroleum products or petrochemicals)

· Ensure all required shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, certificates of origin, inspection reports) are prepared accurately and delivered on time

· Work with shipping companies, agents, and storage terminals to track vessel movements and cargo delivery schedules.

· Resolve issues like delays, demurrage, and operational bottlenecks.

· Act as the key point of contact between traders, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.

· Monitor and report operational progress and challenges.

· Collaborate with the trader to optimize trading strategies and performance

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in oil trading operations or a related field

· Understanding of shipping, freight, and operational documentation

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, economics, business)

· Fluency in English (spoken and written) for business communication.
