This role is ideal for someone with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, supporting the sales team and managing key sales processes. You should be comfortable working independently and negotiating deals with clients. This role requires Korean language skills to communicate effectively with HQ and a strong focus on accuracy and timely execution of responsibilities. • Manage customer enquiries independently and communicate effectively with HQ and internal teams. • Manage day-to-day sales tasks, ensuring timely responses and follow-up. • Negotiate bulk orders and long-term contracts with customers, ensuring successful outcomes for both parties. • Ensure that all commercial and technical data is accurate and up to date. • Coordinate sales processes by working closely with internal teams and external partners. • Regularly update databases and provide reports as required. • Support the sales team with various projects and initiatives. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and effective problem solving. Qualifications
• Experience in the marine and shipping industry is a must. • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to lead sales calls. • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Detail oriented with a focus on data accuracy. • Knowledge of Korean for communication with HQ.
