[Job Description]

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our advanced AWI systems at customer sites. Your work will directly impact the productivity and success of some of the world’s leading semiconductor manufacturers.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics for AWI equipment issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance and system upgrades.
• Install and commission new AWI machines at customer facilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.
• Train end-users on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
• Support customers remotely and provide technical assistance when required.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional service and communication.

[Requirements]

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with at least 1–2 years of hands on technical experience in equipment maintenance or support roles are welcome.
• Experience in the semiconductor or automation industry is a plus.

Skills & Attributes

• Fluent in Korean (spoken and written); basic English proficiency preferred for reporting and training purposes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Willingness to travel locally and internationally for service assignments.
