We are under F&B business and looking for a hands-on and analytical Accounting Manager who can review and analyse full-set accounting and support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge and the ability to deliver data-driven insights through financial analysis and planning for management’s decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting Review & Analysis: Oversee and analyse journal entries and financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
• Month/Quarter/Year-End Closing:  Manage accurate and timely closing processes in compliance with accounting standards.
• FP&A Support: Assist with budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.  Support the development of financial models and reports that provide data-driven insights for management’s strategic plans and decision-making.
• Cost Accounting: Assist with analysing key cost components (materials, labour, overhead), performing variance analysis between actual and standard costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing insights to support production and pricing decisions.
• Audit Support: Prepare audit documentation and support external/internal audit.
• Internal Controls & Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting policies and relevant financial regulations.
• Team Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

Requirements:

-  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent is a plus)

- Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role

- Strong knowledge of full-set accounting, cost accounting and financial reporting

- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Business Central, Xero) and advanced Excel skills

- Proven ability to manage and interpret large volumes of financial data and extract meaningful insights

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in FP&A, including financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic planning

- Proficiency in Korean is a plus

- Experience with BI tools and data visualization platforms

- Prior experience in F&B industry in a similar accounting/finance role
