Job Description

We are seeking a Finance & HR & GA Operations Manager to oversee financial, accounting, and HR/GA functions at our Singapore branch. The ideal candidate has experience in budget management, payroll, compliance, and regional performance analysis, ensuring efficient operations. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in finance and accounting and cross-functional communication are essential for success in this global environment.

 

  • Oversee financial and accounting operations for the Singapore branch
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and expenses
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting
  • Performance analysis management by region
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Handle corporate tax filing and compliance monitoring
  • HR operations in coordination with headquarters (recruitment, evaluation, training, etc.)
  • Payroll and personnel management
  • Initial setup of branch and overall administrative tasks
  • Assist branch executives and HQ with financial and HR reporting
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations and local laws


Qualifications

  • Related experience 5 to 8 years
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in finance and accounting
  • CPA, ACCA, CFA, or related certifications (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Accounting experience in multinational corporations or foreign branches (preferred)
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and corporate law (preferred)
  • Experience working in a global environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems
  • Experience managing overseas branch operations preferred
  • Fluent in English or Korean
