Key Responsibilities

·  Review of the preliminary deals and proposals from the perspective of credit analysis

·  Create an internal report to obtain approvals from the investment and advisory committees

·  Review of the loan documents for executions with external legal advisory and preparation of the capital call materials for investors

·  Proactively track and monitor allocated portfolios and where issues are identified, elevating these to internal stakeholders

·  Preparation and support of fundraising for the next fund, targeting the preliminary investors, including institutional investors and family offices
 

Job Requirements

·  A bachelor’s degree in economics or finance or related filed

·  At least 5 years of experience in the global loan market or private credit fund market

·  Experience in credit analysis for companies or projects

·  Good understanding of private equity and credit funds

·  Strong team player focused on team results and business success

·  Excellent interpersonal skills and building trusted relationships

·  Resilient individual able to operate under pressure with urgency

·  Native-level proficiency in English

·  Visa sponsorship available for suitable candidates
