Investment Banking Analyst

Job Description

·         Point of contact to interact with bankers/clients to obtain KYC, Tax, and regulatory requirements for all onboarding and periodic reviews

·         Learn and takeover system operation required in IB Unit.

·         Exhibit the highest standards of client engagement with transparency and focus on the client experience

·         Review and screen documents to ensure reliability and accuracy in line with policy requirements

·         Monitor and track exceptions until closure

·         Carry out post management tasks and support financial documents signing and first drawdown/disbursement.

·         Confidential handling and maintenance of sensitive client data and documentation

·         Remain updated with Regulation and Industry Knowledge

Requirements

·         3 years working experience with Diploma in Banking Finance Or

·         1 year working experience with Bachelor degree in Banking Finance, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong writing skills a definite plus.
• Working visa sponsorship is not supported for this role.
