This is a full-time, on-site role for E-Trading (JIT Hub business) at LX International Singapore. The successful candidate will assist the team leader in managing and coordinating JIT services and inventory management. The role includes day-to-day tasks related to trading, business development, data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with our HQ in Korea, suppliers in Korea and China, customers in Indonesia, and warehouses.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding orders and quality issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Process PO orders, manage goods returns, and handle sales entries through SAP.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing stock.
• Ensure month-end stock records align with warehouse reports.
• Review monthly sales reports in terms of sales amounts and profits.
• Monitor slow-moving stock and aging AR to ensure effective debt management.
