Key Task & Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of startup programs, ensuring seamless delivery and impact.
• Design and lead workshops, mentorship sessions, and pitch events that drive value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mentors, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and tailor program experiences to exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative services that support startup success.
• Track program performance, analyze data, and make strategic recommendations.
• Strengthen the startup ecosystem through networking, partnerships, and community engagement.
• Provide clear, timely updates and insights to clients, teams, and stakeholders.

Your Profile

• At least 3 years experience.
• Native/Fluent in English and Korean.
• Effective project management skills, handling multiple projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Has worked on government-level projects and deliverables.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering productive relationships with founders, investors, and stakeholders.
• Passionate about emerging technology trends, staying current and adaptable.
• Experience with start-up programs or entrepreneurship is a plus.
• Experience in the Web 2.0/Web 3.0/ Blockchain space is a plus
• We will be prioritizing individuals with an existing right to work in Singapore.
