Korean Customer Service Associates (6 months contract-3 vacancies) Key Responsibilities • Handling customer inquiries (and processing sales orders) through telephone, fax, e-mail correspondences in a timely, efficient, and professional manner • To succeed in this position, representatives will be able to demonstrate and practice: • A customer-focused attitude and willingness to serve customers • Excellent verbal and vocal skills • Exceptional listening, questioning, and call control techniques • Ability to accurately and efficiently process information and tasks • An understanding of customer needs, company products and services • Aptitude to handle challenging telephone call situations Job Requirements • Bachelor degree holder is preferred • Knowledge of MS Office • Non technical with more focus on customer care related functions • Good track record in Customer Service is preferred • 5 days week (Mon- Fri) • Work place at Alexandra Techno Park. • PR or Singaporean • Proficiency in Korean and English a must • Training will be provided-Ideal to commence training on 28 May.
