Senior / Engineer (Capacity / Demand Fulfilment) (Singapore) Key Responsibilities: · Provide updated installed and surplus capacities via package/body size/pin/special and test platform/config/speed/memory/special features · Co-ordinate with Korea/ Malaysia/ Singapore/ Taiwan and China factories for demand fulfillment · Analyze and verify integrity of all capacity information · Drive maximum capacity utilization through optimized asset allocation, new capex, internal transfers, equipment upgrade and /or conversions · Ensure that approved capex meets capacity implementation plan · Respond to enquiries on customer’s upsides in an accurate and timely manner Pre-requisites: · Masters/ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment or a non Engineering Degree with minimum 5 years’ manufacturing experience · Experience in Industrial Engineering and Production Planning · Experience in electronics /semiconductor manufacturing environment · Visual Basic programming experience is an advantage · Result-oriented and meticulous with good leadership qualities and business sense · Excellent project management and communication skills · Proficiency in MS Excel is a must · Proficiency in English & Korean language is a must Job placement is in STATS ChipPAC Corporate Office in Singapore.
