Date:   Dec 13th,2005 1.        Entity: Procter & Gamble Asia Pte Ltd                  Job Title: Customer service Logistic Coordinator (Korean) Job Description: The role of the Customer service Logistic Coordinator (CSLC) is accountable for delivering Total Order Management (TOM) services for assigned customers, process improvement with customers to improve their ability to build efficient loads and streamline the order management process. In some instances she/he is accountable for in-dept Risk Management.   She is responsible for providing knowledge and expertise to internal and external customers to deliver business objectives.   Key Work Responsibilities include: ü        Deliver TOM services goals at the lowest possible cost. Behavior: Operates with discipline Skills: TOM process knowledge ü        Collaborates with internal and external customers, providing information, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, supporting logistics initiatives and building strong working and service relationships. Behavior: Build Diverse, collaborative relationships Skills: Collaboration ü        Achieve performance goals for assigned accounts and team process. Behavior: Operates with discipline Skill: Leadership Lead process improvement for a team system and assigned Total order Management Process Behavior: Leads and participates actively Skill: Leadership, Project management ü        Eliminates barriers, enabling customer to achieve stretching business results.  Champions systemic change by understanding and driving alignment of customer systems and OM processes and systems. Behavior: Think and Acts Decisively Skills: Leadership and TOM Knowledge ü        Develops effective systems and streamlined processes to manage order volume.
