Job area: both of within Korea and abroad (depends on project) 1. Project Manager (with consultancy) a. Construction on M&E equipments (Elec.,Mech.,Fire.,BMS.,Genset etc.), Design & Consulting, any other technical issues. b. Single contact point with client & sub cons. c. M&E project management. d. Daily operation checks on M&E systems. e. In-house consultant for company f. Reporting on cutting-edge methodology & Feasibility study on alliances with strategic group & partners 2. Qualification 2.1 Minimum Requirement a. College degreed. b. Electric (or Mechanical) educational background required. c. Microsoft Office user. d. 4-10 years professional experience in Mission Critical Facilities e. Proactive attitude required. f. Proficient English communication g. Highly independent, responsible and creative h. Aggressive and organized attitude 2.2 Advantages a. Experience in global companies related to datacenter industry. b. Experience in Critical Facilities Management (M&E for Datacenter, Comms Room) preferred. c. Job experience in foreign projects preferred. d. Communication in Korean preferred. e.
