| 내용 | Job Purpose • Overall responsibility for the development of a production scheduling within a very variable production environment and the control of operational parameters and production status • In-charge of production/demand planning including raw material consumption (C2, C4 and C8), lifting and inventory management. Roles and Responsibilities Production Cycle, Inventory, and Raw Material Planning - Overall responsible on production sequence, monitor production cycle. - In-charge of inventory movement planning process to ensures that inventory, raw material planning (C2, C4 and C8) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are all aligned and as well as preventing material shortage. - To reduce off-spec % (derived from transitions) at minimum level Demand Planning - Lead monthly S&OP meetings with related stake holders - Align manufacturing capacity with demand and work to optimize inventory levels and communicate production constraints and necessary forecast adjustments with distributors. - Collaborate with distributors to increase lifting. - Work closely with Plant operation team to evaluate distributors’ ad-hoc requests and advise on the best solution on the changes of production scheduling. - Manage monthly reports and conduct annual simulations for production, sales, and inventory planning. Production Scheduling - Manage daily production schedule and adjust dates while keeping high production accuracy and analyzing its impact to the demand plan - Work with Plant operation team to evaluate distributors’ ad-hoc requests and changes to scheduled production - Ensure timely, full and accurate communication with all relevant departments on any factors which impact on production schedule, Inventory, quality etc Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting - Finalize monthly closing data and support Finance department on monthly reporting. - Prepare and manage the yearly budget and monthly forecast simulation for production, sales and inventory figures as well as several performance indexes Scheduling Tools & ERP System Parameters - Monitor and resolve errors in data flow from Sales Orders to Goods Receipts among manufacturers and distributors; propose short- and long-term solutions. - Understand SAP processes (PO to Goods Receipt) of relevant parties, facilitate communication, conduct basic training, and streamline interdepartmental processes. - Lead the development of scheduling tools and ERP system parameters to enhance data efficiency and accuracy. Others - Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by management as needed. Minimum Qualification and experiences - Degree in Chemical engineering or Chemistry or other similar engineering - Plus : supply chain management or similar discipline, marketing, etc. Job Specific Skills and Competencies - Knowledge of polyolefin processes or equivalent in petrochemical industry - Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, preferably SAP - Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Communication and coordination skills Send Application To: tiffany.koh@ss-nexlene.com * Please attach your English resume with expected salary, current visa status and start date for work in the email body. |
