이번 채용 포지션은 싱가포르를 거점으로 글로벌 파트너 및 시장을 대상으로 교육 프로그램을 설계하고 실행하며, 브랜드의 일관된 메시지를 현지 시장에 맞게 전달하는 중요한 역할을 담당합니다.

자격 요건

• 뷰티 또는 럭셔리 업계에서 5년 이상의 리테일 교육/트레이닝 경력
  
  

• 글로벌 교육 전략에 대한 높은 이해도
  
  

• 탁월한 커뮤니케이션 및 프레젠테이션 능력
  
  

• 다양한 문화에 대한 감수성과 적응력
  
  

• 해외 출장 가능자

Jungsaemmool Beauty is a leading K-beauty brand founded by legendary makeup artist Jung Saem Mool. Based on 30 years of artistry, the brand has gained a strong following globally. Our Singapore flagship store, located on Orchard Road, Singapore branch serves as our international hub, supporting expansion across Asia, the Middle East, and North America.

We are now hiring a Global Training Manager to lead retail education and brand engagement across markets. This role will drive onboarding, workshops, influencer sessions, and masterclasses with the mission to deliver brand consistency and localized relevance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead onboarding programs for global partners and new markets
  
  

• Plan and deliver product education, live makeup demos, and brand storytelling workshops
  
  

• Oversee global education activities including:
  
  

  • Beauty roadshows
    
    

  • Brand launch events
    
    

  • Makeup showcases and masterclasses
    
    

  • Influencer training sessions
    
    

• Ensure training standards in collaboration with HQ and Master Jung Saem Mool
  
  

• Develop localized content and brand-aligned training manuals
  
  

• Partner with local retail teams and distributors to adapt and execute training strategies
  
  

• Build networks of stylists and professionals across markets
  
  

• Measure and report training impact and outcomes
  
  

• Offer strategic L&D solutions aligned with business growth  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail education or training, ideally in beauty or luxury
  
  

• Deep understanding of global retail education strategies
  
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
  

• Cultural adaptability and collaborative mindset
  
  

• Willingness to travel internationally
  
  

• Native in Korean, Fluent in English; other languages proficiency is a strong plus
