Lotte Shopping, a leading retail company in Korea, has established an International Headquarters (iHQ) in Singapore to expand its presence in the global market. The company aims to drive the growth of its global business through strategic direction setting and business operations support. This includes supporting retail operations (shopping malls, department stores, and hypermarkets) in Southeast Asia, expanding the export of private brand (PB) products, and broadening its retail business through new global ventures (such as sourcing). Our goal is to continuously discover new business opportunities, build global partnerships, and increase investments in the long term. The iHQ will play a key role in facilitating these strategic initiatives and supporting the global expansions.

1. Global Business Operation & Strategy Development 

- Lead and oversee global business operation of Lotte Retail

- Conduct market analysis, develop and execute strategic growth plans

- Establish and implement long-term global business strategies

- Ensure alignment of business directions between Lotte Korea and global operations

2. New Business Development & Market Expansion 

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in global markets

- Plan and execute investment strategies for global expansion

- Lead the expansion of Korean private-brand (PB) products in global markets

- Establish strategic partnerships with global corporations and government institutions

- Over 5 years of experience in global corporation (retail industry preferred) 

- Proficiency in English (business-level) for communication with partners in Singapore and SE Asia

- Experience in leading new business initiative and global market expansion 

- Strong partnership-building skills and an extensive professional network 

- Strong understanding of global markets, with experience in multinational corporations

- Able to conduct market analysis, develop strategic business plans

- Experience in global sourcing and import/export business 

- Experience working with trading companies/distributors

- Quarterly business trip may be required 

- Proficiency in Korean is a plus 

- Salary: Negotiable (based on experience) 

- Work location: Singapore (Lotte Shopping holdings)

- Preference will be given to Singapore Citizens or PRs; however, EP sponsorship may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates
