Position Summary:

As a Product Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the product planning and marketing initiatives, while growing the brand awareness for emerging products in Singapore and Asia market. You should drive the business with excellence through qualitative 360 plan with other teams. You will also communicate with internal and external business partners to ensure that business objectives are met and aligned with Brand’s goals. This position reports directly to Product Director.

Job Description & Requirements:

§  Responsible for the execution of ES category (Residential Air conditioner, Commercial Air conditioner, Air Purifier, Dehumidifier etc.) product management in Singapore local/Asia market.

§  Lead the execution of brand strategy and develop new initiatives to win market share and ranking

§  Ensure successful new product launches and review the pillars supported by effective 360 plans (PR, media, social media & digital, forecast, events and CRM, sell-out tracking and the product display in the points-of-sale)

§  Conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitors’ activities and plan proactive actions.

§  Coordinate between local teams to implement solutions to enhance the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies in consensus with HQ

§  Marketing support activities regarding whole ES product
(Budgeting for marketing activities, Monthly marketing planning, etc.)

§  Lead Pipeline management to enhance future visibility.

§  Closely work with sales, supply chain and marketing department to ensure all KPIs are met.

§  Be physically present at all major promotions and events (closed door, pop-up events, workshops, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.

§  Follow-up closely with PR and Corporate Marketing team to ensure marketing and PR coverage for the products and launches are in place.

§  Any other ad hoc duties and reporting

Education Qualification and/or relevant experience(s):

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Management / Marketing

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management/marketing/business

Knowledge and skills:

• Rich in Product experience and knowledge

• Good proven track of Sales & Marketing, preferably in consumer electronics industry

• Business planning, project management and execution skills

• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Other requirements:

• Fluent in English ; Korean language skills

• Ability to work independently and effectively in global and virtual teams

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

• Fast learner and a team player.
• Opened to travel overseas for business trips
