싱가포르에서 한인기업들을 대상으로 채용서비스를 제공하고 있는 Next You Career 입니다.

저희 Next You Career는 2023년 5월에 설립한 신생회사로 메인서비스인 채용매칭뿐만 아니라 HR Consultancy를 통해 기업에게 전문적인 서비스를 제공하고 있는 회사입니다.

저희 회사에서 신규직원(Recruitment Consultant)를 채용을 진행중이며, 관심있으신 분들의 많은 지원바랍니다.

Job Description

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing professional solutions.

- Utilize sourcing methods (ex. social media, job site and networking) to search potential candidates and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability

- Arrange interview schedules and provide feedback to both clients and candidates.

- Pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in internal system.

- Collaborate with other colleagues to achieve given targets and contribute to the overall success.

Requirement

- Maximum 2 years experience in recruitment or HR related field.

- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently

- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with high integrity.
