[Job Description- Retail Assistant]

1.     Company Overview                                  

 Korean Lifestyle Concept store operating brands include ‘andar’, ‘Mongze’, ‘Titad’ and ‘Klug’ Carrying active-fashion wear, bedding / accessories, toiletries and massagers. 

All four brands have garnered immense adoration in Korea, and we are seeking individuals who possess the ability to eloquently extend an invitation into a world of Korean lifestyle that is abundant with beauty and exemplary quality..

2.     Responsibilities                                                 

- Perform product presentation tasks. (e.g., put items back in place, restock or add depleted items to the floor from inventory, destock or relocate items) according to company standards.  

- Provide positive guest experiences.

- Perform cleaning tasks as needed.

- Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive atmosphere for the shift.

- Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.. 

3.     Requirements

- Having good interpersonal and communication skills

- Relevant experience in Retail or Hospitality is highly desirable 

4.     Working Hours       

- Full time : 44hours a week(weekend included) 

- Part time : 24hours a week (including at least 12 hours on the weekends)
