• Handle full sets of accounts, GST and compliance matters.
• Maintain and administer on accounting matters for the portfolio of clients
• Weekly validation of invoices
• Credit/Debit notes to be updated for all RMA
• Validation of payment to factories
• Responsible for full spectrum of payroll functions in relation to the portfolio of clients (monthly CPF contribution, IR8A tax submission)
• Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.

Qualifications

• Business Related Diploma
• Working experience: 3 years or more
• Language Ability: English (Mandatory), Korean (Preference)
• Other requirement: MS Office – Proficiency
