[Job Description] 

1) Responsibilities for trading support 

- Handling of import/export shipping documents presented by bank/supplier/customer 

  . Documentations on receiving export/import order, L/C, sales billing, etc on SAP. 

- Processing of daily funding arrangement at bank for remittance with SAP 

- Research on new products, customer/supplier and new business 

- Support marketing activities and market communication 

- Having regular business meeting with trader/supplier/customer and write down related meeting minute. 

- Acquisition of new customers, strengthen closer relationship with existing customer. 

- Able to multi-task 

2) Skills and Certifications 

- Singapore, Malaysian, Korean PR holder preferred 

- PC skills including MS office, Word, MS outlook and Excel 

- Ability to manage and prioritize work to meet deadlines 

- Communication skills with positive attitude 

- Excellent command of spoken & written English is essential 

# Prefer communicator in speaking Chinese
