• Be the main point of contact for clients' escalations.
• Lead client meetings and regular business reviews
• Liaise between key stakeholders, both internally and externally, for all requests and day-to-day handling of clients
• Provide training to external stakeholders in Korean
• Support Manager on all other accounts as and when required
• Ability to support accounts from different industries across APAC
• Suggest solutions to support clients’ needs. Address challenges in an effective and respectful way.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Statistics, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as excel. Experience in SQL is preferable.
• Customer Service experience in Logistics/supply chain industry is preferable.
• The Account Manager will need to be fluent in Korean and English to be able to support our clients based in Korea.
• Strong work ethic and ability to navigate and thrive in fast-changing work environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills (empathy & flexibility).
• A keen eye for detail, meticulous.
• Can both work independently and with a team.
• Fast learner, flexible and reliable.
• Best to speak multiple languages (English and Korean, Chinese and Japanese will be bonus).
