[Job Summary] 

You will be the single point of contact for users of the Integrated Logistics solutions offered to DHL advantaged customers. You will handle and manage customers’ orders and requests with professionalism as well as interact and coordinate with staff within the DHL network and vendors for order fulfillment. You will also provide enhanced services to meet or exceed customers’ needs, recognize their problems and resolve them satisfactorily. In addition, you will also be responsible for service performance and management reporting. Training will be provided for selected candidates. 

[Qualifications] 

• • Must be business level in Japanese, English and Korean to liaise with Japan and Korea counterparts.  
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel
  • Possess initiative to respond to customers’ needs with a commitment towards service excellence
  • Willing to work at night
  • Available for work immediately would be advantageous

- Overtime pay

- Insurance will be provided

- 14 Days of Annual Leave

- Must be able to work shift as below schedules:

• 8.30 am to 6.15 pm (Mon to Fri)
• 10.45 am to 8.30 pm (Mon to Fri)
• 8.30 am to 8.30 pm (4 days a week)
• 8.30 pm to 8.30am (Alt 3 or 4 days a week)
