- PlayV is operating Social Finincial Product Trading Platform as an international service.

Admin and Marketing Experience

Position: Admin & Marketing Executive

(*Consists of 70% of administrative works and 30% of marketing roles)

Location: Marina One West Tower

Working Hour: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm  

Reporting Line: Director (Korean based in Singapore)

[Job Description]

· Handle full sets of admin (HR, CPF, Payroll, Accounting). 

· Liaise with law firm, tax agents, secretary for document submission. 

· Process staff claims and invoices to ensure compliance with company policies. 

· Handle monthly payrolls and CPF submission. 

· Planning Marketing and Business Development activities and assist director's sales.

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned. 

[Qualifications/Experience]

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant fields.

· Min. 2 years of experiences are required. 

· Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines. 

· Meticulous, highly responsible, detail-oriented, positive attitude, and multi-tasking. 

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 

· Speaking in Korean language to communicate with Korea HQ will be an advantage.
