HR Talent Acquisition Intern (Korean ONLY)

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR Director in Talent Acquisition, HR projects and other HR related tasks.

He/She will be part of our diverse team of talents here in SINGAPORE, to make a difference in the areas of creating a positive employee experience for new hires, talent acquisition, HR operations and administration. The minimum commitment period for this internship will be 6 months.

Responsibilities and duties (include but not limited to)

• Work closely with the HR and internal stakeholders to source for top technology talents and build a high-performing talent pool

• Involve in projects related to employer branding, TA process improvement, system upgrading, Employer Branding as well as Campus Recruitment initiatives

• Preparation of events collateral (EDM, posters, presentation deck, etc)

• Scheduling interviews and coordination panel assessments

• Recruitment data analytics

• Any other projects and HR Operation tasks as assigned

Other Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a University Degree in Business/Human Resources or equivalent

• Prior internship experience in HR function will be a plus

• Passionate and curious to embark on a HR career in future

• Effective in managing multiple projects / tasks at the same time

• Strong learning ability and adaptive in fast paced environment

• Comfortable with ambiguity and possess a ‘can do’ attitude

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

• Strong team player

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good organization and communication skills

• Detail-oriented
