About Us:

CJ Logistics Overseas IT service department supports new supply chain projects or existing operation/IT improvement to the customer sites in the global.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage Global project implementation at overseas countries sites for CJ Logistics Customers.

2. Communication window in IT for assigned Logistics projects.

3. Prepare Project Plans, Manage Resources, Schedules and deliverables.

4. Facilitate smooth communication between various internal teams on project deliverables.

5. Provide project implementation support/guidance and information to overseas country teams.

6. Roll-Out new projects with project plans and documentations.

7. Provide assistance on implementation and operational/IT processes for supply chain solutions.

8. Work closely with system development team to ensure smooth UAT/Testing and system implementation.

9. Ensure that system solutions fulfil customer requirements and are implemented correctly.

Requirements:

1. Strong project management skills with project management methodology (certification is not must).

2. Team management and communication skills.

3. Technical and system expertise and know-how.

4. Business communication and presentation skills.

5. Analytical and logical analysis skills.

6. Problem solving competency.

7. Effective customer management.
