[Job Summary]

  • ·       Access and schedule CEO calendar and manage appointment.

    ·       Assist CEO outstation matter including seeking Management approval, informing relevant parties, booking of air ticket, booking of accommodation, land transportation, VISA application include rules and regulation.

    ·       Prepare and submit expense claim, leave application to HR.

    ·       Attend meeting with CEO, prepare meeting material, meeting report and preparing minutes of meeting. Follow up closely with department head on item instructed by CEO.

    ·       Assist CEO on documents filing.

    ·       Booking and arranging restaurant as per CEO requirement.

    ·       Follow up on daily, weekly and monthly report with department head and ensure reports are submitted on-time.


  • [Qualifications] 

    • ·       Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Administration or equivalent.

      ·       Working experience in the related field / Non-experience is acceptable.

      ·       Able to travel if needed, but not frequent.

      ·       MS Office and other reporting skill.


  

[Other Information]

*Working hours : 5days a week, 0800~1730hrs.
