Flaship Pte Ltd, is a dry bulk shipbroking company that specializes in broking and operations in cape-vessel chartering. We are currently looking to hire a fresh graduate to fill the role of an Operations Executive position. 

 Below job description for the Operations Executive position: 

- Handle post fixture vessel operations and ensure vessels’ smooth operations.

- Monitor emails constantly and ensure all communication and information passed between shipowners and charterers timely.

- Familiarize with the various charter party terms and draw up charter party contract.

- Prepare and send out commission invoice.

- Good organizational and communication skills as required to liaise with clients in Asia and Europe.

- Positive attitude, fast learner and able to work independently at times.

- Good in multi-tasking and able to handle pressure well.

- Preferably some basic knowledge in voyage and time

-charter as well as lay time calculation.

- Besides operations, willing to handle basic administrative and finance matters.
