| 내용 | 안녕하세요 싱가폴에 있는 다국적 기업에서 네트워크(시스코) 경험자를 찾고 있습니다. 기본적인 시스코 자격증을 가지고 계시고, 실무 경험이 1-2년 정도 있으시며 영어로 의사소통이 가능하신 분이면 지원 가능하십니다. 자세한 업무내용과 자격요건은 아래에 첨부했습니다. 아래에 첨부된 자격요건에 다 만족하지 못하신다고 하더라도 영어로 의사소통이 가능하시고 시스코/WAN 환경에서 일한 경험이 있으신분이면 지원하실수 있습니다. 관심 있으신 분은 제게 영문이력서를 이메일로 보내주시기 바랍니다. kelly@caygroup.com 또는 hee0720@dreamwiz.com 이력서를 작성하실때 다음 사항을 꼭 넣어주십시오; - birthday - marital status - nationality - earliest commencement date (언제부터 일을 시작하실수 있는지) - current & expected salary The Job - To proactively manage and monitor network performance on customers network round the clock(7x24) to meet customers Service Level expectations - To systematically analyse and diagnose network faults - Conduct root cause analysis on network fault - To effectively manage service providers and equipment vendors - To articulate well with customers technical and management staff on network issues (eg. Fault reporting, statusing and escalation) The Person - Fresh Graduate or Diploma holder with minimum 1 year related experience in telecommunications industry or WAN will also be considered. - CCNA & CCNP certifications are highly desirable, other certification are optional (CCIE를 가지고 계시고 경력이 3년 이상이시라면 over-qualify되십니다.) - strong hands-on experience in managing WAN networks and Cisco routers & switches Strong technical knowledge in WAN/LAN networking - Strong technical knowledge of telecommunication products and services (eg. Private Leased line, VSAT, X.25, Frame Relay, ATM, MPLS and ISDN-BRI & PRI) - Good understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DLSW, SNMP. - Working knowledge of network Element Management System (eg. HP Openview, Node-Manager, SNMP traps, Spectrum and CiscoWork) - Basic Knowledge of UNIX and C++ will be an advantage. - Independent, self-driven and highly customer focused - Must be speaks English and Korean.
