Job Title : Voice communicator (part time / Full time) Job Description : 1) Responsible calling customers to conduct requirements mapping. 2) Responsible of database update, data entry. 3) E-mail communication and internet research. 4) Working with Excel spreadsheet and MS power point and outlook for weekly reporting. 5) Assist sales executive in securing and fixing appointments. 6) Reporting. Requirements : 1) Diploma and above. 2) Creative, has passion to learn new IT knowledge and new business 3) You must have good written and spoken English and Japanese as way as Telephone etiquette. 4) A pleasant personality with excellent computer knowledge (MS access, Excel and e-mail) are required.
