Main Responsibilities:

1. Identify Korean-hiring needs in Singapore by actively contacting HR team in Singapore

2. Source suitable Korean candidates through databases and social media

3. Facilitate any events organized by the company such as Job Fair, Mentoring, Networking day

4. Keep abreast of Singapore employment law and PDPA

5. Build strong bond with prospective Korean-seeking HRs and job seeking Korean candidates

    

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably 1 years+, and have extensive networks within Singapore industry will be preferred.

• Excellent oral and written English and Korean communication skills to liaise with Korean partners.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once whilst maintaining outstanding attention to detail.
• Outgoing and social personality

• CEI obtained preferred
