JOB SCOPE

All general job functions including but not limited to HR, operations, administrations and secretarial functions:-

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to staffs
  • Write up job descriptions
  • Manage job advertisement on all online job portals and social networks to generate recruitment leads
  • Screen resumes/applications and update candidates on hiring process
  • Collect, sort and distribute any incoming job applications and respective staff/department
  • Schedule and coordinate interview appointments between prospective candidate and manager in charge
  • Administrate new hire on-boarding procedures such as preparation of Letter of Appointment, orientation of staff, including issuance of laptop, business cards etc
  • Collate and set-up individual employee personal file with the required documents in place for payroll processing
  • General filings and data entries
  • Maintain employee personnel files and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Monitor employment confirmation date of staff on probation, including any extension of confirmation date; print Confirmation Assessment Form and distribute to respective manager for completion
  • Administration of statutory claims (e.g. NS, Childcare, Maternity, SNEF claims)
  • Administer employee welfare request such as but not limited to purchasing baby hamper, wreath etc
  • Sign up and termination of insurance plans for new hires and resign employees
  • Liaise with internal and external contractors to ensure well maintenance of all office equipment and pantry
  • Maintain and monitor staff’s leave and medical claims
  • Follow-up on medical examination results, educational certificates verification results and addresses update to MOM
  • Exit clearance for designees, including issuance of Acknowledgement Letter of Resignation, return of company properties, and collection of any outstanding payment owing to company.
  • Procurement of office equipment, stationery and pantry items
  • Dealing with staff’s queries, complaints and grievances
  • Coordinate activates between the company and outside parties
  • Organise company events
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments/reports assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Singapore HR Management in Project/Construction Industry
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and M.O.M regulations
  • Meticulous and detailed oriented
  • Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Korean speaking is an advantage
  • PR preferred
