내용 | Job Description: - Responds to general employee enquiries related to the various HR queries. - Document inquiries and escalates those requiring investigation, interpretation or further analysis. - Alerts Team Lead of any potential issues concerning call trends on day-to-day basis. - Investigates unique/complex HR related issues that are outside the scope of knowledge base and resolve those directly with employees and managers in accordance w/ Service Level Agreements. - Continually evaluate existing process work and prospective process work to ensure the most effective use of resources and make recommendations for process improvements. Requirements: - University degree - Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a generalist role in human resources - Flexible, self motivated and able to work independently in a fast paced and multi cultural organization - Good written and oral communication skills - Good interpersonal skills - Good analytical skills - Good team player - Willing to work in a call centre environment.
