[Production Management Assistant]

※ Job Description

- Plan and Manage production schedule:

- To be in charge of shift production including monitoring, production arrangement and management

- To report to the production manager on all production line information and problems encountered.

- Stock management: Stock control to monitor goods level

- Control and Management Order: Ensures timely stocks deliveries to sites on arrival schedules.

- Review, verify data into system to raise tax invoice.

- Telephone and email follow-up across businesses and external organizations.

- To provide operational support and any other admin duties as assigned.

※ Requirements

- Candidates must possess at lease bachelor’s degree.

- Entry or Junior level

- Class 3 driving license would be beneficial.

- Self-motivated, result orientated with good interpersonal skill.

- Proficient in MS office.

- Able to converse well in English

- Ability to converse in Mandarin would be advantageous.

- Currently male staff is preferred

- Salary range is negotiable

※  Conditions

- 5 days work (8:30AM ~ 6:00PM)

- Location: Near Yew Tee MRT

- Probation: 3 (Three) Months
