내용

아는분이 한국어 하는 (로컬 포함) 분을 Customer service분야에 급하게 찾고 있습니다.

물류회사이고요, 한국 고객이 유치되어 한국어 가능자를 찾고있으나 영어또한 능통해야 한다고 합니다.

경력직으로 Staff or Assistant Manager 를 구한다고 합니다.  위 연락처로 이력서 송부 바랍니다. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to meet all operational key performance indicators and required service standard.
  • This position is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager in managing the assigned CS operation.
  • Key contact for customer.

Customer Service Support

  • Ensure customer’s orders are processed in a timely and accurately manner.
  • Ensure reports are submitted to customer on a timely basis keeping to established schedules and to customer requirement.
  • Handle ad-hoc request from customers.
  • Export Booking (SEA / AIR) & co-ordination on all the necessary arrangement.
  • Investigate root-cause of operation incidents and service failures and make recommendation to the CS Managers/Management for improvements.
  • Provide customer support whenever required.

 

Cycle Count

  • Initial cycle count as per schedule.
  • Ensure proper keeping of cycle count sheet for audit trail purpose.
  • Be responsible in reconciling all stock discrepancies.

 

Customer KPI

·         Collate and compute the monthly KPI report,

  • Analyze the KPI result and make suggestions to improve the service level when necessary.
  • Achieve & maintain consistent service specific key performance indicator.

Billing to Customer

  • Ensure all billings are done timely & accurately with all necessary supporting documents.

Others

  • Maintain inventory accuracy between SDV & customer’s WMS system.
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager in analyzing operations related data and make applicable recommendations.
  • Additional functions as mandated by Management.

 

Requirements

  • Preferable Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration
  • 2-3 years’ related experience
  • Product and System knowledge & MS Office Skills
  • Customer Service Orientated
  • Systematic and Organized
  • Team Player
  • Good command of English
