A large Japanese financial holdings is looking for a CEO at its overseas arm in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, toconduct its securities businesses and to expand the group network regionally.

 Job responsibilities include,but not limited to;

•General andstrategic management roles as CEO/COO of a securities company

•Securitiesunderwriting operations throughout the cycle of IPOs

•Planning andoperation of shareholder meetings

•Attendance toinvestors’ visits to Cambodia and its surrounding regions, including toThailand and Hong Kong

 Successful candidates shouldoffer;

•Superb workexperience at either IB, PE, M&A advisory or strategic consulting

•3-5 years or more of PE experience preferred

•Deep understandingof management; experience of managing a strong banking team is a huge plus

•In depth knowledgeof Asian financial markets a strong plus

•Excellent Englishcompetency is a must, Japanese language ability is a plus

•A competitiveremuneration package; base salary up to SGD12,000/month plus bonus, depending on the candidate’s experience and performance
