| 내용 | 부탁받아서 올려봅니다 ㅎㅎㅎ I’m currently working for project to hire Korean + Mandarin Speaking (Finance Analyst) based out in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia If you do have any of your collogues/friends whom are looking out within Xchanging’s requirement, appreciate if you could share these openings with them Interested candidates can reach me as below contact Kunasundary.Muthu@asia.xchanging.com WE ARE HIRING 1) DESIGNATION Financial Analyst – Korean / Mandarin / Japanese Speaking NUMBER OF OPENINGS 5 LOCATION Bangsar South City, Kuala Lumpur ROLE · Perform various activities related to General Accounting function assigned · Handling day-today task such as AP, AR, and GL · Meet and continuously improve upon all client and Xchanging SLAs · Preparing Korean/Mandarin/Japanese based accounting reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis · Clear the assigned workload with high levels of accuracy and within the timeframes set by the customer · Understand and adhere to quality standards · Perform quality check on the activities performed by the other analysts and update quality check logs REQUIREMENT · Must be able to converse fluently in Korean or Mandarin or Japanese (Read and Write) · Having a degree in Finance / Commerce or any knowledge of General Accounting procedures. · Knowledge of relevant computer applications. · 2 to 5 years of related work experience. · Fresh graduate from Finance and Accounting will be considered. 2) DESIGNATION Team Leader – Korean and Mandarin Speaking NUMBER OF OPENINGS 1 LOCATION Bangsar South City, Kuala Lumpur ROLE · Working hand-in-hand with stakeholders · Oversee a Team of 7-10 individuals. · Manage and ensure the team clear the assigned workload with high levels of accuracy and within the timeframes set by the customer · Meet and continuously improve upon all client and Xchanging SLAs · Perform quality check on the activities performed by the other analysts and update quality check logs · Ensure successful completion of knowledge transfer during transition · Maintain and establish high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship · Handle escalations and reply to queries raised by clients · Identification of any risks and compliance issues within the process · Provide training and floor support for the new analysts in the team · Assist the team leader in conducting any process trainings and provide feedback on training progress · Assist the team leader in the preparing/ updating process documents · Identify process improvement opportunities and report the same to the supervisor · Ensure Compliance to Information security as per ISO 27001 · Assist the team leader in conducting team meetings and team huddles · Be pro-active and take appropriate actions to achieve desired goals REQUIREMENT · Must be able to converse fluently in Korean and Mandarin (Read and Write) · Having a degree in Finance / Commerce or any of General Accounting procedures. · 4 to 10 years of related work experience · Have team management experience in shared service or business process outsourcing industry |
