Services Support Admin
Job Summary:
The Services Admin position is a multifaceted role that requires a good understanding of NHR processes, customer service skills, good judgment, and strong attention to time sensitive material in a fast paced environment. This position is responsible for customer service and order management both internally and externally, for Network Hardware Resale’s (NHR) Services Division product lines; NetSure, a premium maintenance program and Professional Service.

The primary responsibilities include post-support account process management for enterprise Services customers. This role is an important component in customer satisfaction and retention for active Services Level Agreements. The Services Admin role works closely with the Account Executives, Operations, IT, Finance and all Services associates globally.

Responsibilities:
• Answers customer calls and responsible for responding to customer request or sending customer to the proper person to address the request. Creates and monitors Service Request (SR) for priority and ensures all SRs are assigned within our given timetable.
• Generates Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and administers RMA to the customer within given timeline. Assists customers in the return of approved items by creating shipping labels or pickups as needed.
• Conducts post-sales support by processing service orders, replacement orders, renewal contracts, support contracts and modifications.
• Ensures customer satisfaction, submits detailed reports, as well as liaison between NHR technical support team and customer.
• Reliable, Consistent Communication – Ensure smooth hand-offs between departments and operating units.
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of business or relevant experience.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Customer service focus, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to established priorities, independently and as part of a team
• Self-starter, demonstrates initiative and commitment
• Good critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving capabilities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products eg. Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Access
• CCNA certification / ability to speak Korean would be an advantage
