An established US MNC is looking for suitable candidate to fill in this position: Korean and English (or ( Or Japanese and Madarin) speaking helpdesk analyst (Urgent/MNC) In this exciting role, the successful candidate will be responsible for working projects and providing day-to-day support to our Sales Clients in APAC region on the Helpdesk located in Singapore (Central). Specific Responsibilities: • Provide day to day support for all sales process related applications • Take Calls in Korean and English ( Or Japanese and Madarin) • Log all work and service provided into Remedy call handling application • Stay current on application development activities; know application features and functions of new releases. • Partners with Business Team to elevate business needs including recommending process re-engineering. Responsible for complete issue resolution • Analyze issues and instruct business teams and engineers on the necessary solution for the customer’s satisfaction • Identify and attend trainings and be prepared to train other team members on new applications • Take directions from Helpdesk Lead. General Duties • Work closely with peers in Europe, US and Asia Pacific to maintain standards across all three Helpdesks. Individual thinks GLOBALLY. Skills • Team player with winning spirit and attitude • Experience working in a Helpdesk environment will be preferred • Ability to learn new technologies and process quickly • Ability to build collaboration and partnership across project team, IT organizations and internal and external business client • Business system analysis skills will be an advantage • High level of customer service skill required • Excellent verbal communication skills (in Japanese and Mandarin) • Excellent written communication skills (in English, Japanese and Mandarin) • Experience with Sales force support in previous position preferred Experience This demanding position requires a proven track record and experience providing similar support but is looking for a more challenging position. We are looking for related experience such as the following: • Fresh graduates are welcome • Candidates with 1-2 years experience working in a support environment will have an advantage • Project experience, as a team member and as the project owner.
