| 내용 | 한국 경기도 성남시 분당구에 본사를 두고 있는 무역회사 (주)온스틸 입니다. (주)온스틸 싱가폴지사에서 근무하실 직원을 아래와 같이 모집합니다. This position also opens to local Singaporean as well. Admin Executive Responsibilities: • Manages the daily operations of the office, • General administration and coordination duties. • Liaise with clients, suppliers, government department, overseas associates • Preparation of quotations, invoices and other documentations. • Basic bookkeeping & accounting matter, CPF – bank submission • Travel arrangements. • Maintain and update filing • Ad-hoc assignments Requirements: • Min. Education Level : Diploma (in Business Administration related fields) or Professional Secretarial Certification • Year of Experience Required : at least two continuous full year of relevant experience • Effective interpersonal and communication skills • Strong commitment & dedication to strict adherence to reporting deadlines • Strong problem solving skills • Ability to work meticulously with high level of motivation • Ability to work under pressure • Skills : Microsoft Office / Microsoft Outlook • Able to work independently with minimum supervision. • Keen to take on new challenges & responsibilities. • Fast learner in using office equipment. • Possess good interpersonal skills, display integrity and maintain discretion in work • High level of professionalism and business maturity with the ability to deal with sensitive matters while maintaining confidentiality • Must have driving license & able to drive a company car if necessary.
