| 내용 | ISS Governance Services 에서 한국주주총회시즌 (1월 중순부터 3월 중순/말) 저와 함께 일할 인턴구하고 있습니다. 자격요건은 우선 특별한 비자없이 이곳에서 full-time으로 일할 수 있어야 합니다 (싱가폴 영주권자나 시민권자). 일의 특성상 full-time으로 일할 수 있는 사람이 필요하기에 이곳 재학생은 제외합니다 (휴학생이면서 풀타임으로 일할수 있으시면 괜찮습니다). 자세한 사항은 아래 정보를 참고해서 지원바랍니다. 영문레쥬메와 커버레터 받습니다. ISS Governance Services, a subsidiary of MSCI Inc., is currently seeking KOREAN RESEARCH INTERN for the upcoming Korean proxy season who is able to work from January to March 2011. This position is based in Singapore. We expect that the regular working hours will be from 9 to 6. However, from mid-February to mid-March, we expect an intern to work extra hours during weekdays besides the regular working hours and all the weekends during this period. Those overtime hours will be paid accordingly. Education and Experience: • Economics, Finance, Business, Law, Political Science, or any related courses; • Recent graduates, sophomores and juniors are encouraged to apply. However, experience in corporate governance/investment analysis and research is a plus. Skills: • Strong analytical ability and financial understanding of investment issues; • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in both Korean and English, be analytical and detail-oriented, have a keen sense of judgment, and be goal-oriented; • Proficient in the use of web-based and Microsoft Office applications; • Work independently, take initiatives and interact with the other team members; able to work under stressful situations. Responsibilities: • Analyze corporate governance and financial information to write research reports on publicly traded companies in Korea; • Issue proxy vote recommendations for shareholder meetings of the companies in the Korean market; • Develop market expertise in corporate governance, investment, and shareholder issues gathered through fundamental research and engagement with company executives, institutional investors, and government/regulatory/listing authorities; and • Search through country publications to obtain proxy materials; contact companies to obtain proxy materials.
