The 2-door closet has been replaced by two 2-door closets. The rental is S$ 1,285 per month inclusive of utilities and LAN / WiFi (excluding air-conditioner usage). This is the price for single-occupancy. Air-conditioner usage is charged as per the dedicated meter for the room and the prevailing electricity tariffs which are in the range of S$ 0.26 to S$ 0.25 per kWh.
