| 내용 | 안녕하세요, 저희와 함께 사는 룸메이트가 나가서 common romm 에 자리가 생겼습니다. Ochard근방, 보태닉가든 앞에 있는 private 아파트 (수영장과 부대시설은 없습니다)에 함께 살고싶으신 분 있으면 연락주세요. 방 3개이고, 화장실은 저와 함께 셰어하실껍니다. 저는 마스터 베드룸에 사는 언니와 (말레이시아) 2년넘게 여기 살고 있고, 다들 직장인입니다. 좋은 인연 만났으면 좋겠습니다~ ^^ 오래된 아파트지만, 안이 renovate가 되어 오래된 아파트들의 장점인 큰 방과 깔끔함을 동시에 갖고있어요. 부엌도 메이드 부엌을 터서 무지 넓구요. 집주인은 영국에 살고있어서 간섭없고 룸메이트들끼리 서로 존중하며 오손도손 잘 살았으면 좋겠습니다. 가장 큰 장점은 집앞에 있는 보태닉가든이 아닐까 생각듭니다, 앞에 조그마한 9홀 골프코스/연습장도 있구요. Orchard MRT 까지는 버스로 5분, 걸어서 15분, 홀랜드빌리지까지는 버스로 10분, 집 앞에 버스가 7대정도 있는것 같습니다. 같은 여성 직장인분이면 좋겠지만 관심있으신 분께서는 연락주세요. ^^;;;; 9338 0909 (영어) 9107 7915 (한국어)  A fully furnished common room in a huge 1,500sf private apartment is available from Dec 15th. The room comes with queen bed, bed side table, 3x door wardrobe and work desk. Room is for single occupancy only! The apartment is located right across Botanic Gardens and just behind Gleneagles Hospital. Right on the main road is Holland/Napier Road ~ plenty of direct busses to Raffles Place, Boat Quay, Bugis, Holland Village and MRT stations i.e. Farrer Road, Orchard and Dhoby Ghaut. Living room and dining area are furnished too... and washing machine, of course. The apartment is located on top floor.. lots of natural light and breeze all over the apartment. Currently the apartment is occupied by three working professionals and one is moving out. We love peace & quiet and are looking for someone alike (female only please). We go to parties but we never bring the parties home. The kitchen is spacious, fully furnished (with stove, microwave, electric oven, pots & pans, the works) and yes, cooking is allowed. Three people can cook simultenously and there wont be incident such as stepping on each others toe. Marketplace @ Tanglin Mall is within 5mins walk from the apartment and Farrer Road wet market is just 4 bus stops away. Walking distance to the heart of Orchard Road/Orchard MRT. Asking rental is $1,500 per month (rent includes wi-fi, cable TV and cleaning lady). Monthly utility bill is split 3 ways (on average $85 per person/per month).
