| 내용 | 안녕하세요 한국촌입니다! 한국촌 벼룩시장(주택관련)에서 일어난 일은 아닙니다만, 아래와 같이 주택임대차시 발생한 사기 신고가 있었사오니 꼭 읽어 보시고 더욱 주의를 바랍니다. --- 아래 --- 안녕하세요 한국촌 회원입니다. 인터넷에 싱가폴 집 구하는문제에서 사기가 발생하고있어서 혹시 한국촌에 올려주시면, 사람들이 저처럼 사기당할뻔 하는 일이없을것같아 말씀드립니다. 제가 요번에 외국웹사이트를 통해서 집을알아보다가 굉장히 좋은조건 - 월600에, 모든 PUB 포함, 장소는 Ferrer park 의, city square residences 라고 되있는데 집도 너무좋고 너무 홍보를 잘해서 거의 넘어갈뻔했습니다. 저는 아직 입싱준비를 하고있는데 저렴한 집을 찾다보니 이쪽집 여건이 맘에들었고 자세한 계약 이야기를 메일을 통해하게되었습니다 그러던중 자기는 런던에 거주하기때문에 무조건 deposit 부터 보내라고 하고 2달분꺼 rental fee 를 다 내야만 집에들어갈수있는 키를 줄수있고 그때서야 집을 보여줄수있다고했습니다 모든 계약서를 메일로 저한테 보냈고 자기가 집주인이라는 정부 서류와 세금을 냈다는 영수증까지 다 메일로 보내주어 저를 믿게끔하였습니다 그래서 그부분이 이상하다 생각되어 부모님과 상의끝, 돈보내기전에 이사람이 정말 맞는말을 하는건지 확인은 해보자고하고 싱가폴 세무서에 연락해보려고하는데 심심해서 구글에 찾아보니 이미 2009년도부터 유행한 사기꾼이었고 이미 당한사람도 있는것같았습니다. 소름이끼치도록 무서웠고 제가 그동안가입했던 집찾는 웹사이트는 전체 탈퇴를 하였고 이사람꺼 이메일도 스펨으로 신고하였습니다. 외국 웹사이트 http://www.scamwarners.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=11494 에서는 이미 사기꾼이라고 그사람이 취하는 방식을 설명해놓았고 저한테도 같은 내용과 같은 방식으로 메일이왔었습니다. 참 무섭네요 제가 사는 세상이 그다지 깨끗하진 않은가봅니다 그대로 믿고 그 집 잡으려고 돈보냈다가는 큰일날뻔했습니다 이하는, 제가 첫번째 집에 관해서 받은 메일입니다. 한국촌에는 저같이 거의 사기꾼에 넘어가는사람이 없길 바랍니다. 같은한국사람으로써 이런일 당하면 정말 안타까울거같거든요 앞으로는 한국촌을 통해서만 집을 구해야할것같습니다. 무서워서 더이상 다른데는 연락해보기 어려울거같아요 ㅠㅠ Hello, I am a single professional lady in my early thirties, i m pleased to offer the unit situated in a secured development area close to Farrer Park MRT. to a well well mannered, and responsible person with sense of humour that knows what to do in time without supervision and who can also look after the unit and pay up the rent and the bills in time, i will not be living in the unit for the next 1-2 years due to my job contract in England, therefore i am open to long or short term rental contract with the minimum of 2 months rent and option of extention. amy (salsam)오차드중심지역으로 콘도 룸이 1000이하로 나온경우 의심해봐야되요. 오차드 지역 1000불이하면 특별한 케이스 제외하고 말이안되는 렌탈비예요.

이건 머 선전도 아니고 한국분들을 바가지에서 보호하려는 것이니까. 운영자님께서 신경써주면 감사드리겠습니다.
기본적인 에이젼트와 협의 해야 할 상황도 공지해주면 감사할 듯 한데, 바쁘시면 그것은 아니더라도 실질적인 거래/렌트금액이 얼마인지라도 공지해 주시면 감사드리겠습니다.
