-fully furnished, kitchen can be cooked, the common room has furniture provided by the landload (bed, work desk, wardrobe, air-con), other furniture purchased by myself (office chair, monitor, 50L small refrigerator, IKEA table lamp, scented light and candles, desktop shelving, if needed should pay on half cost)
